WHAT IS INCLUDED IN COMPREHENSIVE COACHING PACKAGES -

A comprehensive intake session Kickoff with your coach ( typically 90 minutes )

A customized plan that makes your use of coaching time efficient and uniquely beneficial

Additional private one-on-one coaching sessions ( 45 - 60 minutes each ) as agreed in your plan

Touch-bases in between sessions in our private system, plus strategic support from your coach.

Session Policies and Terms

• Single sessions are sixty (60) minutes in length.

There ARE NO REFUNDS.

Outside of our normal plans, SPECIAL SESSIONS INCLUDE:

Workshops, Team Trainings, Interview Prep, Goal Setting Deep Dives, Executive Focus Sessions, and can be included in coaching packages and also billed as standalone time with our coaches.

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrival by the client does not extend the session and will reduce the available session time accordingly.

• One reschedule is permitted per session. Additional reschedule requests are not permitted.

• Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than two (2) hours’ notice, or without written or verbal communication to our staff, will result in forfeiture of the session with no credit or reschedule.

• Clients must not attend sessions under the influence of mind-altering substances, including drugs, alcohol, or medications that impair cognitive or emotional capacity. Sessions may be declined or ended at the practitioner’s discretion if this standard is not met, with no credit issued.

• All sales are final. No refunds are provided, and session credits are non-transferable to another individual.
