	Bonfire Coaching — Terms & Client Agreement
	This Terms of Use Agreement outlines the expectations and conditions for participating in the Bonfire Coaching Program (“Bonfire Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).By enrolling, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to uphold these terms, follow all applicable laws, and participate in alignment with the values and integrity of the Bonfire Coaching experience.
 
 
	1. Scheduling & Punctuality
	Clients are responsible for calling or arriving on time for scheduled sessions. Coaching begins at the agreed-upon time and cannot be extended due to late arrival. 
 
	2. Payment & Missed Sessions
	All coaching fees must be paid in advance.Sessions canceled or missed without at least 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
 Time beyond the scheduled session is billed in 25- or 50-minute increments. Session usage is tracked accordingly.
 
 
	3. Coaching Relationship
	Coaching is a collaborative relationship designed to clarify goals, develop strategies, and support your personal and professional evolution.Your coach’s role is to guide, challenge, and empower — while all actions, choices, and results remain your responsibility.
 
 
	4. Employment Disclaimer
	Your coach is not a recruiter, therapist, or placement agency.Bonfire Coaching does not guarantee employment, business opportunities, or specific measurable outcomes.
 
 
	5. Fees Are Non-Refundable
	I understand that all paid coaching fees are 100% non-refundable.I further understand that my coaching contract cannot be paused, delayed, or put on hold.
 Requesting to pause or suspend coaching services may result in the full collection of all remaining payments due under the original agreement.
 
 
	6. Client Responsibility
	Coaching may explore all areas of life — including career, relationships, health, finances, and spirituality.All decisions, actions, and their outcomes remain your exclusive responsibility.
 
 
	7. Confidentiality
	All coaching conversations are strictly confidential.Exceptions apply only when disclosure is required by law (for example, in cases of criminal activity, threats of harm, or abuse).
 
 
	8. Coaching vs. Therapy or Professional Advice
	Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal counsel, accounting services, or spiritual direction.If you are currently working with a licensed mental health or medical professional, you agree to inform your coach in writing and confirm that concurrent coaching is approved by that provider.
 
 
	9. Session Usage & Rollover Policy
	Each plan requires a minimum of one session per month.You may roll over up to two sessions for future use.
 Unused sessions beyond this limit are forfeited and will be donated to the Bonfire Coaching Scholarship Fund to support others in need.
 
 
	10. Client Feedback & Support
	You agree to complete regular coaching evaluations and provide feedback promptly.If you have concerns about your coach or the coaching process, contact our administration team immediately at

	11. Early Termination & Payment Obligation
	Ending your coaching agreement before the completion of the contracted term requires payment of the remaining balance in full.Unpaid balances beyond 60 days may be referred to a collection agency.
 
 
	12. Returned Payments
	In the event of a declined or returned payment, you agree to update your payment information immediately.Access to coaching sessions (including 411s, 911s, or private sessions) will be paused until your account is current.
 
 
	Acknowledgement
	By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, and that you are entering into this coaching relationship willingly and responsibly. |
